We are heading towards a new normal state. Everything is changing very fast. May be our job, our circumstances, our responsibilities etc. are the important aspects for us and we may be thinking that we are doing enough for our children by giving them environment to study and do their work, but they are also going through the same messages and information in the websites and social medias and that is what we should be concern about?  

They are also hearing that study abroad is not a viable option for next few years, universities stopped operating, multiple webinars are going on, organized by schools, colleges, and other institutional bodies for "How to cope us with new normal?".  These all things are affecting them very much. It is our duty now that we always be in constant touch with them to understand whats going on in their mind and help them understand the outer world. They need to understand from us that how they need to prepare themselves. They need to understand that Plan A, Plan B, Plan C etc., are not for the students who are expecting failures, but this is the most strategic approach which anyone planning for something in life should have so that in case of any adverse situation comes in, they will be able to manage and swim through.  Today there are multiple pathways are available for achieve any career or degree and every student should know this. 

We believe, a career counsellor only able to help a student and parents if there is a trust between. 

Please remember, if a caterpillar wants to become a butterfly, career counsellor shows the caterpillar the path that leads to the flower.

Certified Career Counsellor from University of California, Los Angles and Registered career counsellor in National Career Service Portal, DGE, Ministry of Labour and Employment. Govt. of India.
